As some of you may be traveling for the holidays, it’s important to be dressed both warmly and comfy (and additional bonus points if you can do it stylishly, too!). Emily Blunt’s recent airport style embraces all these rules. She pairs a checkered shirt over some black pants and adds on a turtleneck sweater for added warmth. Two items she has on makes it a breeze to go through airport security: a tote bag to easily grab a laptop or liquids to be screened separately and slip-on shoes to make it in and out of that long-winding line quickly.
Inspired by Emily’s look? Get the exact same sweater cape, black and blue shirt dress, and black cigarette pants. Since you won’t be able to get the neon version of this Coach bag line until its debut in January, try this equally useful tote (and reversible!) instead. Add on a pair of metallic slip-on flats and you’re all ready to get to your next destination in style!

Little details definitely make an outfit more unique. I was drawn to this sweater because its gold buttons really bring out its base color, and its cowl neck is balanced by a slimmer-fitting silhouette.
I complemented this top with brightly-colored pants for a slightly livelier look, nude-colored heels to elongate the legs, and a cognac-colored purse with gold hardware. I think this sweater is versatile enough to work with many different pieces to create many different looks. What do you think?
